General information

Energy efficiency and thermal insulation play an increasing role in both new construction and the modernisation of residential and public buildings. The ADS 90 door series meets all the criteria set by this trend. Expanded insulation zones, a continuous centre gasket design and special glazing rebate  insulation achieve unbeatable system properties, such as class 7A watertighteness of up to 750 Pa and a Uf heat transfer coefficient for the frame of 1.4 W/m²K. With appropriate triple glazing or a leaf enclosing infill panel, a heat transfer coefficient of < 1.0 W/²K for entire door can be achieved. Thus, Schüco already has the insulation standards of the future in its offer today.
The Schüco ADS 90.SI and Schüco ADS 90 PL.SI aluminium door systems are record-breaking in terms of versatility. They can be combined with additional functions in many ways: for example, the award winning SchücoDoor Control System (DCS) offers simple and aesthetic access control solutions. Optimum functionality is guaranteed by the integrated overhead door closer with guide rail (ITS 96). Combining it with the door gives a perfect combination of energy saving, modern technology and the highest level of design. Of course, security aspect is also taken into account: the door can be realised up to and including burglary resistance class RC3 (WK 3). While Schüco ADS PL.SI Premium doors are rather designed for residential buildings, the Schüco ADS 90.SI series is also ideal for public and commercial buildings.

  • New ADS interior semi shells for fastening fittings without breaking the central gasket layer
  • leaves with single- or double-sided overlay infill
  • special spacers to eliminate the bimetallic effect
