General information

Frame-mounted insect screens provide safety and comfort.

With the insect screen, you can leave your window open without fear or risk that unwanted insects fly into your house.

Swivel brackets are used to mount the screen.

The frame-mounted insect screen is easy to mount and remove for the winter – with no tools required.

Aluminium profiles and nets used for screen production are of the highest quality, so the products are durable and resistant to weather conditions.

Our offer also includes hinged insect screens for balcony or terrace door frames. A wide aluminium profile used in them makes the screen big and robust, while the screen net is made of durable glass fibre. Hinged insect screens are comfortable to use and are mounted to the door frame with hinges on one side and with magnetic locks on the other side, which protect the screen from self-opening. In addition, the screen is reinforced with a transverse profile, making the entire screen robust.

Aereco 2MO

The Aereco 2MO window vent includes:

  • External canopy – which protects against rain and insects
  • Internal part – responsible for the amount of air supplied

Self-regulating window vent. The amount of air supplied depends on the difference in pressure between the outside and inside of the room. This regulation is provided until the maximum pressure difference level is achieved. At this level, the window vent reaches its maximum efficiency. If the pressure difference level still rises, the window vent blades deflect, thus reducing the amount of air supplied. This may occur e.g. by a gust of wind. The user may also close the blades to reduce the airflow to a minimum.

Acoustic attenuation Dn,e,w of the kit when the window vent is open is 33dB(A)

The Aereco AMO window vent includes:

  • External canopy – which protects against rain and insects

Modern design, monocouque-type casing, and maximum functionality

The new aesthetic EXR window vent is designed to be mounted to PVC and aluminium windows and to external roller shutters. An acoustic foam insert provides the acoustic attenuation of up to 42 dB(A) (depending on accessories). The first Aereco window vent with a manual window vent full opening and closing function, which supports the EXR humidity control function. Available in many airflow and acoustic attenuation versions and in 4 standard colours.

Schüco Vento

Schüco Vento is an addition to typical pressure ventilation without restricting the volume of air supplied, which ensures the airflow of approx. 0.4 m³/h at a pressure difference of 10 Pa.

The product provides air exchange when windows are closed through small single window vents mounted between the window frame and the sash frame. It has ventilation flaps with different counterweight options that regulate air exchange depending on wind pressure. The inflow of air in the upper part of the window and the restricted volume of air ensure gentle air distribution in the room.

Schüco ventilation systems may be used for new buildings and renovated ones as well. Their undisputable advantage is simple system installation in and removal from an existing plastic window.

 

 

  • the air exchange rate of approx. 0.15 m3/h reduces relative humidity of air by 10-15%

CC1000® TOP-MOUNTED ROLLER SHUTTER

CC1000 – basic top-mounted roller shutter system The inspection cover is installed at the front of the box. These roller shutters are suitable for windows whose maximum window frame thickness does not exceed 95 mm. Roller shutters may be controlled manually using a cord or electrically using a switch or remote control. They are not available with an insect screen.

 

MX1200 TOP-MOUNTED ROLLER SHUTTER

MX1200 is a roller shutter system designed for renovation- and monoblock-type windows.  The specific design of the box with the inspection cover at the front makes it possible to install the roller shutter on window frames 60-180 mm wide. The solar-resistant PVC material makes discolouration less likely. The aesthetic values of the design may be easily improved by the rounded bottom edge of the inspection cover and using inspection cover caps and caps for box sides. Roller shutters may be controlled manually using a cord or electrically using a switch or remote control.

 

TL1000® TOP-MOUNTED ROLLER SHUTTER

TL1000 – it is a system that may be used for new buildings and renovated ones as well.  The inspection cover is installed at the bottom of the box – this allows the roller shutter box to be installed inside the apartment while still having access to the roller shutter. These roller shutters are suitable for windows whose maximum window frame thickness does not exceed 95 mm. Roller shutters may be controlled manually using a cord or electrically using a switch or remote control. TL1000 roller shutters are not available with an insect screen.

 

TP1000K® TOP-MOUNTED ROLLER SHUTTER

TP1000K is a system for window frames even 202 mm wide (up to 264 mm with an extension). The extension increases the box depth by 31 or 62 mm. This system may have the inspection cover at the bottom (for inside box installation) or at the front (for installation on a wide window frame). Roller shutters may be controlled manually using a cord or electrically using a switch or remote control.

 

TP1000K® TOP-MOUNTED ROLLER SHUTTER with insect screen

TP1000K is a system for window frames even 188 mm wide (up to 250 mm with an extension). The extension increases the box depth by 31 or 62 mm. RL2000® EXTERNAL ROLLER SHUTTER

The RL2000 roller shutter in an oval box is the simplest solution in technical and economical terms. The box size depends on the entire roller shutter height and type of curtain. There are versions with and without an insect screen.

 

EXTERNAL ROLLER SHUTTERS IN ALUMINIUM BOXES – ADAPTIVE

  • Designed mainly for existing buildings.
  • They may be mounted directly to the window joinery (in a recess) or directly to the wall.
  • They may be used with an insect screen.
  • They provide a reduction in energy expenses – up to 30% per year.
  • Manual or electric control.

The most popular external roller shutter system. They are considered products of high European standard due to their excellent components and careful design. Main component suppliers include reliable ones such as Aluprof and Somfy. Adaptive roller shutters are designed for use in existing buildings. Rich colours make them excellent decorations. These roller shutters have good acoustic and thermal insulation. In summer they significantly reduce room heating, while in winter they reduce heating costs.

You should know:

Adaptive roller shutters may be installed on the wall or in a recess. Recess installation generally reduces the inside surface area of a window. However, it is faster and less complicated. Guides are screwed to the window frame. Roller shutter installation requires an electrical connected if the roller shutter is to be controlled by a motor or a hole through the wall or window frame if it is to be controlled manually. When installing a roller shutter, remember to seal the connection between the box and the wall tightly and rivet the guides to the sides. The roller shutters may be manufactured with insect screen separation without curtain separation.

IT2000® EXTERNAL ROLLER SHUTTER

This system combines the advantages of external roller shutters with those of top-mounted roller shutters. The main advantage of this system is that you can install it without enlarging window holes and install the box at the same time, which provides a visual effect that is similar to that obtained when using top-mounted roller shutters. In this type of roller shutter, the entire box is located outside the building and it can be accessed through an inspection cover located at the bottom of the box.  There are versions with and without an insect screen.

The box size depends on the entire roller shutter height and type of curtain. Installation method selection often depends on it. The lowered roller shutter is a closure of an opening in the building envelope and thus serves as a partition with insulating properties. Rigid polyurethane foam inside the profiles provides additional thermal insulation. A layer of air between the lowered roller shutter curtain and the window/door makes heat transfer between the room and the outside difficult. This saves the heat energy needed to heat rooms and protects against excessive room heating on hot days. There are versions with and without an insect screen.

The product is available in the full Schüco colour range including AutomotiveFinish colours and in a version with aluminium cover caps.

The new lift-and-slide system from Schüco combines maximum fabrication and installation efficiency with the highest standards of comfort and design.

The innovative Schüco LivIngSlide lift-and-slide system has been designed on the basis of the Schüco LivIng system dimensions, as the basic leaf installation depth is 82 mm.

A particular highlight of the Schüco LivIngSlide system includes factory-rolled, weldable EPDM glazing gaskets in the leaf frame. They ensure soft inner corners even after the welding process and thereby optimum weathertightness in this area. Continuous sealing on several levels between the leaf and frame trim also reliably prevents draughts and the build-up of condensation. To prevent sloping roller carriages, a roller carriage support is used to ensure secure centring and fixing.

The Schüco LivIng window system – based on the twin system technology – impresses with its simplicity, efficiency, and flexibility in production and installation. At the same time, it guarantees the highest standards of comfort and safety and offers a wide range of design and production options.

The system is designed for the construction and execution of flat, light-weight curtain walls of the suspended or filling type, roofs, skylights and other structures.

The shape of mullions and transoms allows for erecting aesthetic façades with visible narrow division lines, ensuring at the same time durability and strength of the structure. The applied shape of profiles enables selection of mullion and transom profiles which flush with each other on the inside surface of the façade. When the structure is glazed, visually it forms a truss. It facilitates at the same time aesthetic and very accurate connection with other elements of the installation – with internal walls and suspended ceilings.
Among characteristics of the MB-SR50N system is a wide choice of mullion profiles (between 65 mm and 325 mm) and transom profiles (between 5 mm and 189.5 mm) and modern solutions designed for accessories and fasteners. Such features allow for a wider range of loads which are being carried – an infill in a fixed module of the façade may weigh up to 450 kg. The MB-SR50N system gives considerable freedom while laying out façade fixing points. A wide glazing range allows for application of glazing of large dimensions and two-chamber insulating glazing units.
Application of a continuous thermal barrier made of insulating material called ”HPVC” and profiled (grooved) EPDM glazing gaskets makes it possible to obtain proper thermal insulation class and reduce to a minimum vapour condensation on aluminium elements.
Among aesthetic varieties of the MB-SR50N system, likewise in older mullion / transom curtain walls are the following versions: PL (so-called  “horizontal and vertical line” where an emphasis is placed on either horizontal or vertical division) and a semi-structural façade of the EFEKT type. A particular attention should be drawn to the version featuring enhanced thermal insulation performance, i.e. MB-SR50N HI, in which special two-component insulators have been applied.
The MB-SR50N system enables installation in the façade of various types of windows and doors, including windows designed for the façades incorporating an awning window and a roof window. A particularly good visual effect is achieved when façade-integrated windows based on the MB-SR50 IW solution are installed in this system.
Lintel and sill belts of the façade, due to a sandwich-type structure in which non–flammable materials have been used, such as mineral wool and plasterboards, may obtain, like in the case of other Aluprof systems, fireproof classification EI30 and EI60, depending on the structure.
In order to construct broken walls, both in their vertical and horizontal sections, there have been used special overlapping profiles and properly shaped clamping and concealing strips with the effect that there are no limitations whatsoever as to shaping the building body and the need to use special corner mullions is eliminated.
As regards the declaration of conformity for vertical façades based on the MB-SR50N system, a harmonised European Standard PN-EN 13830 “Curtain Walling. Product Standard”
has been applied as a reference document.

Standard series of windows, offering great flexibility in choosing the degree of thermal insulation with maximally improved installation in SimplySmart technology.
The Schüco AWS 75.SI+ window, since its launch in 2005 (then part of the Schüco AWS modular window system), has been developed into a standard series. In order to meet future statutory requirements and better adapt the product to the competitive conditions of the market, the Schüco AWS 75.Si+ window has not only been optimised and made more flexible in terms of thermal insulation, but also adapted for easier installation with SimplySmart technology.
In addition to reducing the Uf heat transfer coefficient by another 0.1 W/(m²K) to Uf = 1.2 W/(m²K) (with an external frame width of 117 mm), the need to change the installation depth was eliminated and the possibility of serial production was provided.
Apart from making the choice of thermal insulation more flexible, the installation process itself with the use of a central gasket and glazing rebate insulation is very important in this series. The already known installation systems based on a vulcanised gasket frame or a metre gasket with ready-made corners have been supplemented with another variant – a continuous centre gasket design. In addition, the processing of the insulation of the under-glass rebate was facilitated by the use of ready-made corners. This avoids cutting and allows you to place the bridges properly at once. Combination with the new generation of mechanical fittings SchücoAvanTec succeeded in significantly reducing installation time.

MB-70 is a modern aluminium system designed for providing demanding thermal and acoustic insulation of exterior architectural building elements such as various types of windows, doors, vestibules, and spatial structures.

System profiles have three chambers. The structural depth of window profiles is equal to 70 mm (frame) and 79 mm (sash), and of door profiles 70 mm and 70 mm respectively.  These depths of frame and sash/leaf profiles give the effect of one surface from the exterior side after closing – in the case of windows, and the effect of uniform surfaces of the leaf frame – in the case of doors. The profile shape ensures sleek and durable window and door structures.
Glazing units 21-57 mm thick in window sashes and 12-48 mm thick in fixed windows and door leaves may be used in the system. This wide range of infill thicknesses guarantees that all typical and non-standard windows may be used.
A wide range of colours in the standard palette will satisfy the needs of even the most demanding customers. Colour coatings are made by powder coating or anodising.

The MB-70 system is characterised by an exceptionally low value of the heat transfer coefficient Uf thanks to the application of special thermal breaks and gaskets.  This is particularly important as the requirements for energy management and environment protection are continuously increasing. Coefficient Uf for MB-70 structures ranges from 1.5 to 2.39 W/m2K depending on the profiles and accessories used. The system features omega-shaped thermal breaks with a width of 34 mm (for windows) and 24 mm (for doors) made of polyamide reinforced with fibreglass. The offered shape of thermal breaks increases profile rigidity as compared to flat thermal breaks and facilitates profile drainage, ensuring appropriate thermal insulation in all weather conditions. The thermal breaks in the windows have additional gaskets at the point of contact between the profile and the break as well as tongues dividing the chamber between the internal and external aluminium profiles into three parts.
Weathertightness is ensured thanks to special gaskets made of two-component EPDM synthetic rubber: solid and cellular, which guarantees its ageing resistance during long-term operation as well as very good thermal insulation.  MB-70 is the first system to feature this type of material for the centre gasket.
The MB-70 system forms the basis for solutions featuring enhanced thermal insulation performance such as MB-70HI, MB-70US HI and for warm-cold facades based on MB-70CW HI windows.

What makes this system stand out is that it is closely related to MB-60 and MB-70 window/door systems. System versatility and attractiveness are additionally enhanced by the possibility of choosing several solution variants in the case of various structural details, e.g.: sealing of the lower door leaf, sealing of sliding and swing doors, the shape of glazing beads, or the shape and height of the door threshold.
Glazing units 2-35 mm thick in window sashes and 2-26 mm thick in fixed windows and door leaves may be used in the system.
The MB-45 system is also the basis for special solutions: smoke-proof walls and doors (in class S30) – MB-45D and doors with the so-called clamp hinges – MB-45S

General information

The MB-79N is the most state-of-the art and economical addition to the Aluprof window systems. It has been designed to outperform typical thermal insulation requirements. The MB-79 N series can be used to fabricate fixed, side-hung, hopper, tilt-and-turn, and hopper-and-slide windows. In addition to the economical version MB-79N E, featuring a one-component central seal, and the MB-79N ST version with a two-component central seal, Aluprof also offers the MB-79N SI variant with enhanced thermal insulation, and with profiles that come equipped with insulating inserts and a two-component central seal.

The system features:

  • a 79 mm profile for the window and 70 mm profile for the window or door jamb
  • thermal inserts; produced using state-of-the-art technology; they play an important part in attaining the high heat insulation parameters
  • three thermal construction variants:
    • the MB-79N E; the most economic, central gasket for windows
    • the MB-79N ST; a two-component, central gasket for windows, designed to provide high thermal insulation
    • the MB-79N SI; providing the best thermal insulation. The profiles are fitted with insulating inserts produced using expanded polystyrene (EPS) and a two-component, central gasket
  • a structure meeting the Technical Requirements taking effect from 2021 for windows and doors, at 0,9 W/(m2K and 1,3 W/(m2K, respectively
  • thermal insulation for profiles; Ufvalue from 0.83 W/(m2K)
  • compatibility with ALUPROF’s MB-86 and MB-104 Passive systems, using the same accessories and gaskets
