Schüco Living – The new generation of systems for pioneering plastic windows
The Schüco LivIng window system – based on the twin system technology – impresses with its simplicity, efficiency, and flexibility in production and installation. At the same time, it guarantees the highest standards of comfort and safety and offers a wide range of design and production options.
With the Schüco LivIng plastic system, Schüco sets standards for the energy efficiency of steel-reinforced profile systems. Thanks to the twin system technology, this innovative 7-chamber system may have both a rebate gasket and a centre gasket and achieves excellent thermal insulation properties with an installation depth of 82 mm. In conjunction with the centre gasket, passive house projects may be implemented without additional costly measures.
The first weldable EPDM gasket is integrated with the Schüco LivIng window system. By using a flexible and weldable material, better sealing properties in the corner area of the element are ensured, simultaneously giving an elegant look without gasket hardening in this area. A durable and environmentally-friendly material provides the required weathertightness throughout the use of the product.
As a complete system, Schüco LivIng offers many variants of connection and additional profiles: regardless of whether it is used for a private house, a facility, a new building, or a renovated one – the Twin system meets the individual requirements of investors.
As far as colours are concerned, Schüco AutomotiveFinish glossy metallic shades are available as well as a range of PVC Schüco UnlimitedFinish and Schüco TopAlu foils. The surface concept is matched by basic profile bodies offered in different colours.
White Schüco LivIng profiles are delivered with modern, silver-grey gaskets, while foiled profiles are equipped with black gaskets.
