General information
Schüco LivIng Variant – a new generation of advanced PVC-U window systems
The Schüco LivIng Variant system is an innovative plastic profile system that meets the highest requirements for energy efficiency. Thanks to two contour variants and the possibility of combining them in corners, it perfectly replicates the appearance of typical wooden windows.
The plastic window system, Schüco LivIng Variant, with its angular appearance, allows for a perfect reproduction of the look of a classic wooden window. To meet individual expectations, two frame contour options with slopes of 6° and 15° are offered. The possibility of combining both types allows for the fulfillment of individual design expectations. Both contours enable the implementation of corner connections in a classic way, at an angle, or frontally, similar to wooden windows.
The Schüco LivIng window system is equipped with weldable EPDM seals. The use of flexible, weldable material increases the effectiveness of sealing in challenging corner areas, does not stiffen them, and ensures an elegant appearance of the seal around the perimeter. The durable, environmentally friendly material ensures optimal tightness throughout the period of use.
Technically, the construction convinces with a installation depth of 120 mm and a well-thought-out division of chambers, guaranteeing excellent thermal insulation.
The increased installation depth also provides greater security, as deeply embedded hardware is inaccessible to burglars. This allows for burglary resistance up to class SKG 2.
