Superial 800

• 3-chamber window system with thermal insulation for making doors with high thermal insulation properties
• compatibility with the Superior system – adaptive profiles make it possible to integrate SP800-based structures with Superial shop windows
• the system has very good burglary resistance (the lock is far away from the external side)
• option to use a thermoinsulated door threshold, which can be removed after the door is installed in the opening
• option to bend profiles (detailed profile specifications and detailed technical parameters of the profile bending process are available in the customer area at www.aliplast.pl)
• two SP800 system variants are available:

higher thermal insulation properties were achieved by applying special thermal inserts slid between thermal breaks and around the glazing; this solution improves cross-section thermal insulation properties by 0.2 – 0.5 W/m2K

Superial SU

• 3-chamber window system with thermal insulation for making windows with a sash that is concealed and invisible from the outside
• the system features a specially-designed frame shape that conceals the entire sash height
• a wide range of glazing for using all types of glazing: 1-chamber, 2-chamber, acoustic, and anti-burglary
• two profile drainage variants: traditional or concealed
• option to have a flat threshold in single-leaf balcony doors (improved weathertightness properties with the use of the ACRS461 gasket)
• option to bend profiles (detailed profile specifications and detailed technical parameters of the profile bending process are available in the customer area at www.aliplast.pl)
• the concealed sash system is desired by designers as it allows them to “hide” windows in aluminium and glass structures. This solution makes openable and fixed window lites look identical from the outside.
• option to have a flat threshold in single-leaf and double-leaf balcony doors and in rectangular doors (structures using dedicated profiles); improved weathertightness properties with the use of the ACRS461 gasket
• the SP SU system is available in a version with improved thermal insulation; the SP OUT i option is available with additional continuous thermal insulation at the point of contact between the glazing and profile.

Superial Out

• Superial Out system for designing tilt and turn windows opening outwards
• the Superial OUT is fully compatible with the Imperial window system (they share the same system elements: connectors, gaskets, glazing beads)
• the Superial OUT system features a uniform internal surface of the frame and the sash
• outward-opening windows may be fitted with two types of hinges: rotating hinges or scissor hinges; window hardware makes it possible to tilt the top or the bottom of the window outwards; option to turn the window outwards with the turn stop.

• the SP OUT system is available in a version with improved thermal insulation
• available options: SP OUT i with additional continuous thermal insulation at the point of contact between the glazing and profile, SP OUT i+ with additional thermal insulation in spaces between thermal breaks
• this system is very popular in Scandinavia and Great Britain. It is a perfect match for houses designed to look like old mansions, bale buildings, or simple Scandinavia-style houses. Shutters are often used for this type of windows

• a wide range of system profiles ensures the desired look and structural strength
