In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016
on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on
the free movement of such data (“GDPR”) and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General
Data Protection Regulation), we declare that the controller of your data with
regard to the data of natural persons representing the contractor and natural persons
indicated by that entity as contact persons/performance of contracts/agreement of offers, etc. is
Marsel Sp. z o.o. in Goleniów.
Please find below information on how and for what purpose we process your personal data (hereinafter referred to
as “data”), as well as on your Data Protection Rights.

- Data acquisition and purpose of data processing
Personal data within the meaning of Article 4(1) of the GDPR will be processed by Marsel Sp. z o.o. in
Goleniów in order to:
- conclude and perform the contract, including contacting the customer in connection with its performance,
and check our creditworthiness with KRD BIG and the company that insures our receivables under art.
6(1)(b) of the GDPR, , - handle complaints and claims under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR
- assert contractual claims under Article 6(1)(f),
- archive documentation, i.e. contracts and billing documents Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- maintain statistics under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
- Recipients of data
Personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is
necessary for the performance of a contract/order/agreement.
We only disclose personal data to financial authorities, state agencies or public
bodies upon request and to the extent provided by law, as well as to lawyers in the event of
disputes.
Personal data within the meaning of Article 4(1)of the GDPR will not be transferred to third countries
(non-EEA). - Data retention period
Personal data within the meaning of Article 4(1) of the GDPR will be stored for a minimum of 10 years from the date of
entry. The duration of the processing of personal data may be extended by the period
of limitation of claims, if the processing is necessary for the assertion of
possible claims or the defence against such claims. - Data processing rights
Every person to whom the data relate has the right to request from the controller access
to the content of the data and the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing or
to object to the processing of the data, as well as the right to data portability.
Provision of personal data within the meaning of Article 4(1) of the GDPR is voluntary but necessary to
conclude a contract with Marsel Sp. z o.o. in Goleniów; refusal to provide data results in inability
to conclude a contract/agreement/order. The lodging of a request for erasure or restriction
of data processing may result in the termination of the contract/agreement/order etc. through the fault
of the contractor.
In other cases, the provision of data is voluntary.
Any person, in relation to the processing of their personal data, has the right to lodge a complaint with
the supervisory authority, the President of the Data Protection Authority.
The source of personal data within the meaning of Article 4(1) of the GDPR is the data provided directly by
the party concerned (contractor/potential contractor) - Based on your personal data, Marsel Sp. z o.o. in Goleniów will not make any
automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling within the meaning of the GDPR.
